The main rules that apply when accessing Wagona’s website and learning services.
Wagona Maths is a trading name of Big Quests Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 08831986.
By creating or using an account, you agree to follow these terms and any plan-specific terms shown before purchase. Schools are responsible for authorising their users; parents and guardians are responsible for information submitted for children in their care.
Account details must be accurate and kept secure. An account may be used only by its authorised holder. You must tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Access may be suspended to protect users, investigate misuse, meet safeguarding duties, respond to non-payment or preserve the security of the service.
Wagona provides curriculum, assessment and learning-support tools. Scores, BRAG signals and recommendations are evidence to support learning; they are not a substitute for professional teaching judgement.
Users must not copy, scrape, sell or systematically reproduce questions, explanations, software or other protected content without written permission.
You must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, evade security controls or use Wagona in a way that harms a child or another user.
We may investigate suspected misuse and preserve relevant audit and security records.
The price, billing period, included access, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before payment. School arrangements may also include agreed seat limits or purchase-order terms.
We may improve or change features over time. Material changes affecting paid access will be communicated through the service or the registered contact.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in England and Wales will handle disputes unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
